Illinois workNet is the state's online initiative to increase employment opportunities for all state residents, including people with disabilities. You can apply there for specific job openings throughout the state and access job search information. Additionally, workNet provides the tools you need to plan a career, enhance your education and training, build a business, and find a job.

Illinois workNet also has specific resources for people with disabilities, including information on work incentives, disability benefits, advocacy, and transition.

The Chicagoland Provider Leadership Network (CPLN) has information about valuable job skills training and one-on-one job placement assistance. The Chicagoland Provider Leadership Network is a network of service providers that help people with disabilities find jobs or job training. These service providers offer a wide range of valuable job training programs or opportunities to enter post-secondary educational institutions so that you will be equipped with the skills necessary for success in the workplace.
