Times Square: Walgreens Donates Five Days of Billboard Time to National Center for Learning Disabilities
This week, NYC's Times Square largest LCD billboard displayed a less traditional advertising message: 30 second "spots" for the National Center for Learning Disabilities. These "spots" will run four times an hour for five days. Walgreens is well-known for their commitment to promoting the contributions of people with disabilities to the workforce and society at-large.
The billboard display coincides with the National Center for Learning Disabilities' 33rd Annual Benefit Dinner honoring Charles Walgreen III, the former CEO of Walgreens on April 28, 2010.
