Taste of Sign Language

On June 28th, the Chicago Sun Times reported that the City of Chicago provides sign language interpreters for each of its major music festivals, including the Taste of Chicago.

During the Salt-N-Pepa concert last Friday, a sign language interpreter was spotted at the front of the Petrillo Music Shell. As a result of efforts such as these "the numbers of deaf people attending concerts is increasing locally because of the quality of the interpreting..."  To read the article, click here.
